Andreas
Pohlmann, Vice President Global Operations
After
graduating in chemical engineering from the Aachen/Jülich
University he started his career at the former petrochemical
company Erdölchemie in cologne (Joint venture 50/50
Bayer and BP). He progressed through positions in production,
process development and expansion projects. After functions
as assistant plant manager for the steam crackers, plant manager
for the ammonia and nitric acid plants, asset manager for the
steam crackers and works manager for production and technical
services in cologne he became Vice President Global Operations
in 2007. He is a member of the Board of INEOS Phenol where he
is responsible for the cost position of the sites, operational
excellence and ESHQ for all sites as well as for research, technical
capability and large capex projects of the business.

Ron
Coyle, Vice President Global Commercial Director
has
been with INEOS Phenol for over 8 years in various commercial
roles in both the U.S. and Europe. He leads a business team comprised
of sales managers, account specialists and customer service specialists
that work one-on-one with the company's customers to ensure cost
and time efficient supplies of phenol, acetone and AMS. The team
custom-tailors business plans for each customer based on individual
needs to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to an undergraduate
degree in business, he has an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta
Business School.

Tobias
Hannemann, Vice President Purchasing
graduated
in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences
in Essen, Germany and additionally holds a Bachelor's degree in
commercial economics. Has over 11 years experience in different
commercial functions in the Phenol business under the ownership
of Huels/Degussa/INEOS. Tobias spent two years in the US leading
the INEOS Sourcing Team in North America before returning to Germany.
He primarily focuses on the key raw materials cumene, benzene
and propylene.

Dietmar
Schlug, Vice President Human Resources
graduated
in economic sciences and organization from the University of the
Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg. Following a military career he
specialized in Human Resources Management. After more than a decade
in various areas of economy he joined INEOS Phenol in 2004 to
become its Human Resources Director. In the years before he gathered
broad knowledge and experiences in leading positions in national,
multinational and multicultural companies, which he now applies
in the worldwide Phenol environment.

Dr.
Markus Weber, Vice President Technology
has
a distinguished experience of over 14 years as a Senior Chemical
Engineer. He studied physics and received a Ph.D. in chemical
engineering. His career started in the Degussa-Hüls group
where he worked in the field of research and process development
with a focus on separation technologies. He was involved in the
development of several large petrochemical processes and has a
sound knowledge in project execution and process optimization.
He joined INEOS Phenol in 1996 and acquired a deep understanding
of the phenol process. He leads the Intellectual Property Department
and is responsible for the development of our process technology
worldwide and for the patent department. The process improvements
developed by his group were the basis of several optimization
projects, which led to higher efficiency more capacity.

Joachim
H. Pieper, Vice President Operations Gladbeck
has
nearly 25 years experience in engineering and management assignments
around Germany, Belgian and USA, over 10 years with INEOS Phenol
or Phenolchemie. He was the head of the project to enlarge the
Antwerp facility from 210 kt/a to 420 kt/a, led the grass root
project from site selection to start-up of the Mobile plant as
well and was the head of the engineering and maintenance department
in Gladbeck. With this background, a "Diplom" in Process
Engineering from the University of Hannover in Germany and a 7
years experience with one of the biggest German chemical engineering
companies, Joachim has the education and expertise to oversee
the operations in Gladbeck.

Ir.
Erwin Meeus, Vice President Operations Antwerp
After
graduating as master in science and technology at the Free University
of Brussels (VUB), he started his career at Monsanto Antwerp (ABS)
in 1990 and through take-overs and joint ventures worked for Bayer
and Lanxess before joining the INEOS ABS business as Global Technology
& Manufacturing Improvement Manager at the ABS headquarters
in Cologne. During his career he progressed through several functions
in maintenance, production and engineering. He gained a lot of
international experience in mainly France, Germany, US and Thailand
in several manufacturing management functions being responsible
for operations as well as expansion and relocation projects. In
December 2010 Erwin joined INEOS Phenol as site manager for the
Antwerp plant.

Ron
Deakins, Vice President Operations U.S.
has
been with INEOS Phenol at the Mobile facility since 1999. He previously
served as the Production Manager and was directly responsible
for all aspects of plant operations. As the VP of US Operations,
his primary focus is to ensure excellence in SH&E and operational
performance at both the Mobile and Port Arthur facilities. He
works closely with the management team to optimize the U.S. Operations
while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. He has
an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and an MBA.
